Welcome to Paper Plane Wellness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our telehealth platform, website, and services provided by Paper Plane Ventures Holdings LLC. By accessing or using Paper Plane Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

01. Eligibility & Telehealth
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to utilize our services. Our telehealth platform facilitates virtual consultations, lab testing, and prescriptions. You acknowledge that telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers at different locations to share individual patient medical info for the purpose of improving patient care.
02. Medical Disclaimer
Paper Plane Wellness is not a replacement for in-person primary care. We do not provide emergency medical services. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. A doctor-patient relationship is only established once a licensed provider has reviewed your health history and confirmed your candidacy for treatment.
03. Partner Providers & Labs
Medical evaluations and prescriptions are delivered by independent licensed clinicians. Lab testing is performed by third-party partner laboratories. You authorize the release of your lab results to Paper Plane Wellness and its clinical partners for the purpose of medical review and treatment planning. Peptide therapies and HRT involve inherent risks and benefits which will be disclosed during your consultation.
04. Payment & Refunds
Payments are required at the time of service. Due to the nature of prescription medications and clinical consultations, most services are non-refundable once the clinical review has begun or medications have been dispensed. We make no guarantees regarding specific health results or outcomes from our therapies.
05. Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Plane Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
